For twenty-five years, I worked as a youth advocate in the field of public education. I transitioned in my work so I can focus more on astrology, both as a consulting astrologer and as a poet of the transits. I am currently enrolled in the Soul Wise School of Evolutionary Astrology, learning from Laura Nalbandian, Rose Marcus, and Patricia Walsh, in the lineage of Jeffrey Wolf Green. 

 

My formal education is in English and my graduate study concentration was modern poetry, specifically the writings of H.D., whose long poem Helen in Egypt asks us to reconsider the maligned and the cursed and who we condemn to be unworthy: "I must fight for Helena,/lest the lure of his sea-eyes endanger my memory//but I could not hide my eyes;/he flung the stick on the fire,/'are you Hecate? are you a witch?'" (Helen in Egypt, 37-38). The condemnation of those who dare to be themselves continues to plague us, and yet, I believe that being yourself is the only way to be free.

 

Through chart counseling, education and poetry, it is my intent that you will feel inspired and supported on your own liberation journey.
